A 1-hour consultation designed for guardians welcoming a new cat into their home, covering everything needed for a smooth and confident transition. Includes a home setup review, environment and supply recommendations, routine planning, and a follow-up session to support your cat's adjustment.
Cancellation Policy
1. Collaborative Partnership Success in behaviour modification is a team effort. My role is to provide guidance, and your consistent participation and implementation at home are the primary drivers of progress. Service Definitions: This policy applies to all Feline Focus Training offerings, including Initial Consultations, Follow-up Sessions, and 1-on-1 Clicker Training. Advance Booking: All appointments must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance to ensure proper preparation. Payment: To secure your scheduled session, full payment (including applicable HST) is required at the time of booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life can be unpredictable. To balance flexibility with our commitment to all clients, we offer the following: One-Time Grace: Every client receives a one-time "grace" waiver for a single last-minute cancellation or no-show. 48+ Hours' Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with no fee. Less than 48 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made within this window will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: Following your one-time grace instance, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Refund Policy Service Fees: Feline Focus Training does not offer refunds for any sessions attended or services already rendered. Missed Appointments: Fees for missed appointments or late cancellations (beyond the initial grace instance) are non-refundable.
